Welcome to Go Green Rwanda. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (gogreen.rw) and the purchase of our products. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Go Green Rwanda Ltd specializes in fresh and exotic produce. While we strive for accuracy, product images are illustrative. Due to the natural nature of produce, slight variations in color, shape, and size are expected. All items are subject to seasonal availability.

All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

We accept payments via DPO Pay (Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Money) and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). Payment must be made in full before or at the time of delivery. Go Green is not liable for failures caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

Go Green currently delivers within Kigali only, daily between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Delivery is handled by independent third-party couriers. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for delays or damages once the order is dispatched. A flat delivery fee of 2,000 RWF applies unless otherwise stated.

We are committed to freshness. If an item is damaged or spoiled, we will replace it at no extra cost. We DO NOT offer monetary refunds. To be eligible for replacement, you must notify us via WhatsApp (0787 399 228) or email within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Go Hub points are earned on qualifying purchases and have no cash value. Points may expire if account is inactive. Fraudulent activity or misuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all points and account suspension.

Your data is processed in accordance with Rwanda Law No. 058/2021. We collect only necessary info (name, address, payment) to fulfill orders and do not sell your data to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kigali. Go Green Rwanda Ltd is located at KG 624 St, House 31, Kimihurura, Kigali.
